Reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, leases, sale agreements, ,and commercial documentation.
Writing legal opinions in a variety of fields, including company law, contract law, healthcare law, constitutional law and B-BBEE.
Conducting due diligence investigations in a variety of fields, including consumer protection, B-BBEE, data privacy, and the National Credit Act.
Assisting and advising clients in respect of numerous fields, including the guidelines and regulations enforced by the Health Professions Council of South Africa; general corporate and commercial law, B-BBEE and insurance law.
Assisting and advising listed companies with respect to corporate governance, the Listings Requirements of both the Johannesburg and Cape Town Stock Exchanges and the King Report on Corporate Governance.
Assisting clients with the incorporation and winding up of companies, the drafting of constitutional documents and resolutions and advising both local and international clients as to the most appropriate corporate structure to suit their needs.
