Kirti began her career in Johannesburg with one of the leading banks in South Africa where she spent just under a decade in finance and treasury departments. After completing her traineeship in South Africa, she then practiced law in Dubai for a few years before joining the Corporate & Commercial practice at CDH. Kirti was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024.
