Lutfiyya explains that she handles many commercial sale transactions within the Real Estate practice, and the most challenging aspect is drafting the agreement of sale. It requires considering every detail for the parties involved, identifying potential risks for her client and how to mitigate them, and ensuring that the terms are clearly worded so all parties are aligned and understand their obligations to finalise the transaction.

She emphasises that being part of a transaction demands a strong grasp of commercial concepts, as well as a clear understanding of the client’s needs within the context of the deal.

Lutfiyya’s advice to young women is to never doubt themselves or their abilities. "You’ve studied this field and have the knowledge—believe in yourself and dive in with confidence. Research your tasks to deepen your understanding, and don’t hesitate to ask for guidance from senior team members when needed," she says.
