Lutfiyya Kara
Lutfiyya Kara is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Law practice. Lutfiyya specialises in conveyancing focusing on property transfers (both commercial and residential), estate transfers and commercial undivided share transfers. She also attends to commercial mortgage bond and home loan bond registrations on behalf of all the major banks. Her expertise has expanded to include more complex conveyancing work such as : consolidations and subdivisions of property, opening of sectional title schemes and all matters ancillary thereto, opening of township registers and all matters ancillary thereto.
Lutfiyya is an admitted Notary Public and attends to the drafting and registration of various servitudes, General and Special Notarial Bonds for major banks and major retailers such as SPAR. She also attends to all types of notarial work such as notarial tie agreements, authentication of documents and drafting of all types of notarial bonds.
