Haafizah's journey in M&A began just over seven years ago. Like many women entering this male-dominated field, she encountered numerous challenges, including navigating complex deals, establishing credibility, and building a network. A turning point in her career came when she found incredible mentors within CDH—Vivien Chaplin and Rachel Kelly—who provided her with invaluable guidance, support, and inspiration.

Haafizah believes that mentorship is not just about professional growth; it’s about building a community of empowered women who support and uplift each other. By fostering these relationships, we not only achieve our individual goals but also contribute to the collective success of women in M&A.
