Environmentalists say governments are moving too slowly to mitigate climate change. They are now heading to the courts to take action against companies not meeting emission targets. In South Africa, nine climate-change-related cases have been brought before the courts. Alecia Pienaar from the law firm Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr discussed this with eNCA's Masego Rahlaga.
