Assisting in advising M&C Saatchi South Africa leadership team in relation to its acquisition of all the shares in M&C Saatchi South Africa held by M&C Saatchi plc.
Drafting and reviewing various agreements, including subscription agreement, sale of business agreements, sale of share agreements, shareholders' agreements, memorandum of incorporations and sale of property agreements.
