Jocelyn has extensive experience in assisting in transactions including mergers and acquisitions and due diligence investigations.
Jocelyn provides corporate governance and company secretarial support to her clients. She assists with general company compliance reviews, director changes, and the winding-up of companies. She is also proficient in preparing securities registers and share certificates, providing authorizing resolutions, managing company incorporations, and ensuring compliance with beneficial ownership regulations and annual returns filings.
In her practice, Jocelyn regularly drafts key corporate documents, including companies' constitutional documents, shareholders' agreements, subscription agreements, sale agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, intra-group agreements, loan agreements, and various corporate resolutions.
Jocelyn has advised clients from a diverse range of industries, such as logistics, financial services, and more. This broad industry experience has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by businesses across different sectors.
