Calinka has over 17 years of working experience with an enthusiasm for growth and development of junior lawyers in the legal profession. Her areas of focus include Practice Management, Project Management, Financial Management, Talent Management and Transformation, Business Development and Marketing, Knowledge Management and Learning and Development.
Calinka's career began in practice as she completed her articles in 2008 and commenced a legal journey in the arenas of dispute resolution, employment law and mine health and safety. She realized early on that there are many opportunities to contribute to the legal profession which is when she commenced her alternative legal career as a Professional Support Lawyer and then as a Practice Manager.
Her passion is business improvement and operations management with a specific focus on business sustainability and financial growth; proactively using her knowledge and experience to identify innovative and value-add business solutions to improve practice and matter management operations within the business.
